Went here to ask for a jewellers appraisal of my new engagement ring and the man was extremely rude. He asked how much I paid for it and if it was bought on the island. How would I know how much my fiancé paid and what does it mean "bought on the island"?! I was shocked by his aggressive tone, and he said if I did not tell him, he would not give me a price. In the future I would recommend just saying congratulations and that you don't do appraisals. I left with a horrible experience. To be clear, this review in no way reflects the ladies who work there and who are all very friendly.
